DONATION DATES
Donations will be accepted beginning this Sunday, then Nov 8th and Nov 15th before or after church. If you would like to drop off items during the week during office hours, please speak to Curt.
We are asking for donations of jewelry this week and up to Nov 8th. The jewelry takes a lot to me to prepare for the fair so we would like to receive any donations by Nov 8th.
We will be setting up and decorating the hall the week before the fair Nov 16-20. If you can help with a donation of sandwiches, soup, muffins and cookies for the volunteers, please speak to Heather Esposito or leave a message at the office.
We have lots of tasks big and small in the days leading up to the fair and on the day. We need help with sorting items, decorating and on Nov 21st we need help with the various booths, selling tickets, and serving food. If you have a little time or a lot, we have a task for you.
BAKE TABLE
The bake table is always popular. We need pies, cookies, breads, muffins whatever is your specialty. We also are looking for jams, jellies, pickles (prepared this year).
