At St. Laurence Anglican Church in Coquitlam, serving the Tri-Cities, we follow Jesus—rooted in Scripture, shaped by the sacraments, expressed in service, and open to all. Our worship blends the beauty of Anglican tradition with contemporary language and music, creating a space where reverence and welcome meet.
Whoever you are, and wherever you are on your journey of faith, you are welcome here. People of all ages, backgrounds, and life stories from across the Tri-Cities—Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, and Port Moody—find a home at St. Laurence, united by a desire to grow in God’s love and share that love with the world.
While many of our members come from the Tri-Cities, others join us from neighbouring communities such as Burnaby, New Westminster, and Surrey. Wherever you are from, you’ll find a warm welcome at our Anglican Church in Coquitlam.
Our life together is guided by the Five Marks of Mission:
Proclaiming the Good News of Jesus
Nurturing faith and discipleship
Serving others in love
Seeking justice and peace
Caring for creation
These values shape our worship, inspire our ministries, and connect us with our neighbours throughout the Tri-Cities community. Our parish life also flows in four directions: UP in worship, IN in community, OUT in service, and OF in the life we share together.
We are part of the Diocese of New Westminster, one of more than 60 Anglican communities across Metro Vancouver, the Fraser Valley, and the Sunshine Coast, led by Archbishop John Stephens. Through the Anglican Church of Canada and the worldwide Anglican Communion, we share in God’s mission alongside Anglicans and Episcopalians across the globe.
Whether you are exploring faith, looking for a community in the Tri-Cities, or returning to church after some time away—you have a place with us at St. Laurence.
Join us for worship this Sunday:
