St. Laurence is seeking a part‑time Children and Families Minister to provide pastoral and spiritual leadership for children from pre‑school through approximately Grade 8 and their families within the worshipping life of the parish. We are looking for someone who loves Scripture and sacramental worship, delights in children, and wants to help them discover the story of God in ways that are age‑appropriate, playful, and genuinely rooted in the life of the church.
You will serve as part of a collaborative staff and volunteer team, helping families pray, explore the Bible, and participate in worship together, with a strong emphasis on belonging and welcome. Your task is to hold a clear, hopeful vision for children’s ministry and to nurture others into it, not to carry everything yourself.
