Families

We believe families are where faith gets lived out in real life - around the dinner table, in the car, at bedtime, in the ordinary moments. The church's job isn't to replace that or take it over, but to come alongside families and say, "We're in this together."

At St. Laurence, that means creating space for families to build relationships, share resources, and support one another.

All-Ages Gatherings

Throughout the year, we host relaxed gatherings where kids and adults share space together. Think Family Nights with games and crafts, church BBQs where everyone brings something to share, our annual Christmas Pageant where kids take centre stage, and opportunities for children to help design and create parts of our worship. These aren't "programmes" to sign up for; they're just chances to eat, play, worship, and get to know one another. Parents get to talk to other adults. Kids get to contribute and belong. Everyone has a place.

Watch our weekly newsletter for upcoming dates, or email office@saintlaurence.ca to get on our list.

Worship at Home

We provide simple, creative resources for families who want to mark Advent and Lent at home - prayers, activities, conversation starters. Nothing complicated or requiring craft supplies you don't have. Just ideas to help you pause and wonder together.

Questions? We get it - walking into a new church with kids can feel daunting. Email us at office@saintlaurence.ca and we'll do our best to answer whatever you're wondering.
